starting over

hello... I experienced a turning point today from a streak of big losses. When I was on this streak, I felt that the choices I made often involves negative emotions, and those emotions were brought about by my attachment to ego. The "harder" I tried to fight back at the streak, the more punishing hands I received.

I've done the following things in this streak to try to turn things around:
1) Created commuting logs to share thoughts and trades of the day.
2) Meditate
3) Review my mistakes (AA, Patience, Limit Lost)
4) Went for a good run yesterday
5) Rest well, and get ready for the day early

Things I can conclude on this experience:
1) Let go of egotistic thoughts regarding reality.
2) Focus on learning, not making money at the moment.
3) Relax, take breaks, deliver

Enjoy the journey...

P.S.
The title was inspired by the first song played when I turn on my radio.
